Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservation. Payment taken at time of check-in (unless otherwise stated). Cash paying guests are required to pay all charges upfront plus a $75 CAD deposit per day. The name on the credit card must match the guest reservation.

Cancellation Policy
72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations required at this time will be subject to a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Age Requirement
Must be 19 years of age or older to check in. Valid government issued ID required at check-in.

The parking fee is $17 per day.


Are you a pet friendly hotel?
We love our pets, but unfortunately they are not permitted at our hotel.

Do you offer late check outs?
We do our best to accommodate late check outs, but they are based on availability.

Does the Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service within the city like to casino’s or Niagara Falls?
A complimentary shuttle is provided with our packages. However a WEGO shuttle pass can be purchased separately.

Does the Hotel provide pick-up/drop service from Toronto or Buffalo airport?
We offer a number of transportation options.

Do you offer U.S currency exchange at the front desk?
We do not.

Is there a mini fridge/microwave in every room?
Mini fridges are available in every room and microwaves are available upon request.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
We have an on-site breakfast buffet available. Adults are $12.95, children between 6-12 are $6.95 and kids under 5 are free.

Do you have a complimentary coffee station in the lobby?
Coffee is available in guest rooms and can be purchased at our on-site restaurant or at the Starbucks coffeehouse, located right next door

Can you see the Falls/Fireworks from the guestrooms?
Our hotel is not a Fallsview facing hotel.

How close are you to Niagara Falls?
We are approximately a 10 minute walk from the American Falls and a 15 minute walk to the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.
